Essiac and other supplements - are they really necessary?
What you decide to take is, of course, always going to come down to individual choice. There certainly are a wide variety of supplements available to use and take. For our family, we choose to rely on essiac and only essiac. I'll tell you why.
This tea takes only ten minutes once every two weeks to prepare. You have a gallon that you can then use throughout the next two weeks (for those on aggressive dose -- meaning that you wish for your health to improve).
When you take essiac tea, be sure that you take it on an empty stomach for best results. This means no food 2 hours before you take essiac, and then you can eat again one hour after taking it. For a sample meal/snack schedule go here. It's no big deal once you form a routine with it!
Keep life simple and choose the product that can stand alone! Who has the time or money for a handful of products when you can successfully use just one? When it comes to essiac and other supplements, it's just not necessary in our experience. See the nutrition facts of essiac tea.

Our Essiac takes just 10 minutes to make once every two weeks. It costs less than $1 per day to use.
If you'd rather start small, you can order 1 lb. of Essiac in four 4-oz. packets for $68.97 by clicking here. This order lasts two months at the Aggressive/Improvement of Health dose, or three months at the Maintenance dose. If you're not sure which dosage you need, click here to learn.
