Juicing and essiac go hand in hand!
If you take essiac, juicing might be of interest. I am sure because you are reading this that you are interested in health and interested in whatever you can do with your diet to improve health. One of the most important things you can do for your health is to consume nine servings of fruits and vegetables every day. But that's not easy in today's world. Luckily, juicing can help boost your fruit and veggie intake without having to spend all day in the kitchen or chomping down salad.

We suggest you take your juice with the fiber included, as that fiber has beneficial compounds as well for most individuals.
Be careful that your juice doesn't become too high in sugar--even if it's just natural sugar. You can do this by keeping at least a 2:1 ratio of vegetables to fruits.
You may take your essiac doses right along with your juice, or even mix it into the juice. Just make sure there is no protein or fat source in your juice if you do this.

If you want to include these items in with your juice, take the essiac at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after the juice.
