If you are simply trying to maintain your good health, take 90 mL wice per day.

Do not brew essiac tea more than two weeks ahead: it will stay good for about 14 days, but after that you should make a fresh batch of tea.

If you do not like the taste of essiac, you may mix it with natural fruit or vegetable juice. It's best to consume essiac tea cold straight from the fridge without reheating, as that risks overprocessing it.
